NL WRAPS | TERMS OF SERVICE

1. OVERVIEW

This website is operated by NLWraps. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NLWraps. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. PRODUCT ACCURACY & USAGE

Color Representation: We strive to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor variations and the nature of 21-mil laminate, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.
Off-Road Use: Our graphics are designed for off-road and high-performance use. NLWraps is not responsible for any legal or regulatory issues arising from the placement of graphics on vehicles used on public roads.

3. INSTALLATION LIABILITY

NL Wraps provides the product only. We are not responsible for:

Damage to the vehicle’s plastics or paint during installation or removal.
Product failure due to improper surface preparation (e.g., failing to clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol).
Errors in application including bubbles, creases, or misalignment.
Installation is at the buyer’s own risk.

4. CUSTOM DESIGNS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Final Designs: For custom kits (Name/Number plates), once the design is printed, no further changes can be made.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains trademarked logos without proof of authorization or content we deem inappropriate.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall NLWraps, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, accidents or injuries sustained while operating a vehicle equipped with NLWraps graphics or parts.

6. LOCAL DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Hand Delivery: For local orders in the St. John's Metro area, delivery times and locations are coordinated via the contact information provided at checkout.
Shipping Risk: Once a package is handed over to Canada Post or another carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or Newfoundland's weather conditions.
