NLWRAPS REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At NLWraps, we specialize in high-performance, heavy-duty graphics built to handle the elements. Because our products are often custom-made or cut-to-order, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the highest quality for all riders.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted if the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of the tracking showing "Delivered."

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition (backing paper intact, not peeled).

2. Mandatory Video Proof

To protect against shipping damage claims, we require video proof of the unboxing process.

  • The video must clearly show the unopened package/mailer, the shipping label, and the damage to the product as it is removed from the packaging.

  • No Video = No Return. This is non-negotiable to prevent fraudulent claims.

3. What is NOT Covered

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

  • Installation Errors: Bubbles, misalignment, or tearing during the application process. (We recommend professional installation for full kits).

  • Wear and Tear: Damage caused by riding, pressure washing, crashes, or environmental exposure after the product has been applied.

  • Change of Mind: Once a kit is cut and shipped, the sale is final.

  • Used Products: Any decal that has been peeled from its original backing is considered used and ineligible for return.

4. How to Start a Claim

If your order arrived damaged, email us at support.nlwraps@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @nlwraps_ca with your order number and the mandatory unboxing video. Once reviewed, we will either ship a replacement or issue a store credit.
